Saw these via the GEM email group – have had a little look and forwarded them on to one of my museum clients in the NW, I think the volunteer stuff will really help with their resilience work and also forthcoming HLF application. Thanks for sharing!
(I like the eval toolkit too, am going to look into the Most Significant Change model in more detail)
